Jody helped us to purchase a first house in Reynoldsburg. She was so great to work with. All these years later, I knew exactly who to call to help us sell our property in Mt Perry. Property was sold for a great price and we had an offer within days of listing it. With all of the new online technology, the closing was super easy. Thank you Jody for helping us once again!!

Jody was fantastic to work with. The market is nuts right now and offers on houses, both selling and buying, are just insane. Jody was knowledgeable about areas, the houses, the process, the whole nine yards. She was a trusted advisor through our home buying process and made sure we knew every step of the way what we needed to be doing. If she didn't know, she found out. We had showings all hours of the day, and even when it was last minute, she helped pull it off. Would highly recommend using Jody as a realtor!

We worked with Jody ten years ago when she sold our first home and built our second. She sold our home in 6 days and she actually made building a home an easy process… We didn’t hesitate in enlisting her help to sell our house and find us a new one. We were looking for something different: a new area, smaller, but with all the upgrades. Jody was so patient with me when I was deciding whether or not buy a house. She showed me so so many houses and gave me so many options. She was relaxed and knowledgeable and really advocated for me as a first time buyer which I really appreciated.
